📋 Description

• Onboard new external talent, set expectations, and ensure they have necessary tools and context • Serve as the main point of contact for external talent during assignments • Monitor performance, engagement, and satisfaction across accounts • Collaborate with Account Managers and HR to address performance issues or risks • Coordinate monthly check-ins and pulse surveys • Partner with payroll and operations to ensure payments and expenses are processed smoothly • Manage PTO for every Talent • Manage offboarding, including feedback collection • Maintain accurate records in Deel and HR databases • Coordinate with Client Success to align talent needs and expectations • Support visa, documentation, or local compliance needs as applicable • Report to the HR Manager and work with recruiters, account managers, and clients • Follow the application process by completing the application form and recording a video

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HR, operations, account management, or a similar client-facing role • Experience managing remote teams or external talent in a global setting • Proactive, organized, and extremely responsive • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts, stakeholders, and priorities • Fluent in English, written and spoken • Ability to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone • Experience with Deel or similar global employment platforms is a bonus • Experience supporting LATAM, African, or APAC markets is a bonus • Experience improving talent engagement, performance tracking, or onboarding processes is a bonus • Experience working at a staffing agency, BPO, or similar high-volume talent environment is a bonus • Resume must be submitted in English and PDF format • Must submit a video showcasing skill sets
