📋 Description

• Manage and update the Magento website daily • Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, and visual content • Keep website content accurate, current, and aligned with business needs • Improve website layout, navigation flow, and overall user experience • Optimize product pages and landing pages for conversion • Identify and implement design enhancements that improve usability and performance • Create and edit visual assets, including banners and product visuals • Maintain visual consistency within existing brand guidelines • Collaborate with internal teams to execute design ideas • Work directly within the existing Magento (Adobe Commerce) backend • Implement website changes and updates requiring Magento development knowledge • Troubleshoot technical issues affecting website updates, product management, or functionality • Execute light front-end changes independently • Use AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency where appropriate • Identify opportunities to improve website performance and the user journey • Support conversion rate optimization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience working with Magento (Adobe Commerce) — required • Strong hands-on Magento development experience — required • Experience independently working within an existing Magento backend environment — required • Experience managing and updating e-commerce websites on an ongoing basis • Experience with UX/UI design for e-commerce • Strong understanding of Magento and its backend environment • Ability to troubleshoot and independently implement Magento website changes • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices • Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, or similar • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or similar is a plus • Strong eye for design and usability with close attention to detail • Proactive approach and ability to work independently • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to iterate quickly • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Must be available to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST • Resume must be submitted in English and PDF format • Must submit a video showcasing skill sets using the same email as the application • Must provide a Magento portfolio or project examples
