📋 Description
• Take ownership of features from initial ticket through production deployment • Build and maintain functionality related to payments, borrower workflows, and tenant configuration • Write and optimize complex SQL queries using PostgreSQL 16 • Build, maintain, and scale RESTful APIs within a multi-tenant SaaS architecture • Utilize AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda to support platform infrastructure • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Incorporate AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Cursor into daily development workflows • Collaborate closely with engineering team members in a fast-paced development environment
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience • Strong experience working with PostgreSQL and writing complex SQL queries • Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and SaaS applications • Working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, RDS, and S3 • Experience working within Git workflows and pull request review processes • Experience in fintech, lending, or payments environments is a plus • Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, or automated testing is preferred • Excellent understanding of API architecture and database optimization • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail around financial systems and sensitive data
