📋 Description
• Support the day-to-day coordination of inbound leads, proposals, project timelines, CRM organization, vendor communication, and backend operational tasks • Prepare quotes and proposals using provided templates and direction • Assist with inbound lead follow-up and communication • Maintain accurate and organized CRM data • Track project timelines, production schedules, and operational deadlines • Upload and update content inside Shopify • Provide general administrative and operational support across the business
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience supporting sales, operations, project coordination, or administrative functions • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot is strongly preferred • Familiarity with Shopify or website backend management is a plus
