• Inbound Lead Management: Quickly engage with inbound leads to qualify them and schedule calls with the sales team. • Lead Generation: Own both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts to expand the sales pipeline. • Email Sequences & Automation: Develop, test, and implement targeted email sequences to nurture inbound leads. • Outbound Outreach & Prospecting: Own outbound lead generation through LinkedIn, cold emails, and direct prospecting. • Communication & Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with leads to keep them engaged and on track for meetings. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in HubSpot.
• Proven B2B Experience: Minimum 2 years in a B2B sales development or lead generation role. • Excellent Communication: Fluent English, with strong written and verbal skills. • Email Automation Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, or similar tools for creating and implementing email sequences and automation. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM systems and other online sales tools. • Fast Learner: Ability to quickly master new sales tools, strategies, and systems. • Drive & Dedication: Motivated to hit targets and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. • Attention to Detail & Organization: Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail in scheduling, follow-ups, and record-keeping. • Vendors: Comfort while managing vendors, constantly improving measured metrics.
• Work Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM EST (US time zones) • Fully remote; work from anywhere with reliable internet.
