📋 Description

• Develop and own the company's AI adoption strategy and implementation roadmap • Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities • Design and implement AI-powered workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency • Transition the organization from informal AI usage toward structured company-wide adoption • Prioritize AI initiatives based on business needs, expected impact, and feasibility • Integrate AI capabilities into the company's ActiveCampaign environment and existing technology stack • Evaluate AI tools and integrations based on compatibility and business requirements • Analyze repetitive, manual, or inefficient workflows and build scalable automation solutions • Continuously evaluate and improve existing automations • Use operational data to prioritize initiatives and establish measurable objectives • Track and report workflow performance and business impact to leadership • Collaborate with leadership and translate business challenges into practical AI solutions • Communicate AI capabilities, limitations, progress, and results to non-technical stakeholders • Support teams adopting new AI-powered workflows • Potentially mentor, coordinate, or manage additional implementation support • Ramp into the organization before the September 1 event through observation and familiarization • Prepare for full implementation work following the event • Establish a prioritized AI roadmap, integrate AI into ActiveCampaign workflows, launch measurable automation, and establish reporting within the first 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience implementing AI tools, automations, and workflows in a business environment • Senior-level experience strongly preferred • Experience contributing to structured AI adoption initiatives • Experience identifying business processes for AI improvement and translating opportunities into working solutions • Experience building AI processes or workflows from the ground up and improving them using measurable results • Experience with CRM systems, particularly ActiveCampaign, or comparable CRM platforms and integrations • Ability to evaluate AI tools and automation opportunities based on business requirements, existing systems, feasibility, and expected impact • Ability to use data to prioritize automation opportunities and measure workflow performance • Ability to independently take an AI initiative from problem identification through implementation, measurement, and optimization • Ability to work directly with leadership and translate operational requirements into practical AI solutions • Ability to explain AI capabilities, progress, and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify process-improvement opportunities independently • Ability to balance multiple initiatives with clear priorities, documentation, and follow-through • Highly self-motivated and able to operate independently with minimal oversight • Strategic thinker comfortable with hands-on execution • Data-driven and focused on measurable business outcomes • Curious about emerging AI capabilities and practical business applications • Comfortable building processes and systems from the ground up • Adaptable as organizational priorities evolve • Strong ownership mentality and accountability for implementation outcomes • Must be available during U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone • Resume must be submitted in English and PDF format • Must submit a video showcasing skill sets using the same email as the application
