📋 Description
• Own the architecture and technical consistency of a multi-product monorepo supporting multiple SaaS applications • Define engineering patterns, standards, code organization, development workflows, and technical documentation • Make architecture decisions related to scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform health • Review, improve, and harden AI-generated code before production release • Build processes that increase engineering velocity while maintaining quality standards • Own database architecture for multi-tenant SaaS applications, including Supabase/PostgreSQL schemas, migrations, and Row Level Security policies • Ensure data integrity, security, scalability, database performance, and reliability • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes • Develop and maintain Playwright coverage for critical customer workflows • Own production reliability, monitoring, debugging, incident response, and staging environments • Use Sentry or similar tools to identify and resolve production issues • Reduce customer-facing bugs and improve product reliability • Build and maintain secure, scalable integrations with third-party systems and APIs • Work with leadership and development teams to shape the platform’s technical future
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience • Minimum 2 years owning and maintaining production multi-tenant SaaS products • Proven ability to work independently as a senior technical contributor • Experience making architecture decisions and owning technical outcomes • Deep expertise with TypeScript across modern frontend and backend SaaS applications • Advanced experience with Next.js App Router • Strong experience with Supabase and PostgreSQL, including database architecture, schema design, migrations, and Row Level Security policies • Ability to design secure, scalable multi-tenant database structures while maintaining data integrity and performance • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines • Experience creating and maintaining automated testing frameworks, including Playwright • Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot Workspace, or similar • Ability to review, guide, debug, and improve AI-generated code before production • Understanding of modern SaaS architecture and trade-offs among speed, maintainability, reliability, and scalability • Experience monitoring and debugging production systems using Sentry or similar observability platforms • Ability to build and maintain secure, scalable third-party API integrations • Strong written communication and comfort working asynchronously • Availability during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone • Resume must be submitted in English and PDF format • Must complete the application form and record a skills video
