• Develop and implement comprehensive 12-month SEO strategies for assigned clients. • Conduct bi-annual quality assurance reviews for all client accounts. • Maintain regular client-facing calls to communicate strategy, progress, and results. • Drive client retention as a primary performance metric and KPI for bonus consideration. • Monitor client budgets to maximize ROI and ensure profitability. • Research and analyze competitor sites to identify opportunities and threats. • Build comprehensive SEO audits and prioritize recommendations based on impact versus effort. • Proactively test new strategies and tactics, monitoring performance to identify what drives success. • Develop and implement strategies following industry best practices. • Create content strategies using full-funnel approaches and content clustering techniques. • Lead off-site optimization initiatives, including local SEO and link-building efforts. • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign success. • Develop and implement analytical tracking solutions aligned with client KPIs. • Identify and resolve account issues that create roadblocks to achieving SEO goals. • Prepare presentation-style reports and present findings to clients as needed. • Continuously optimize account activities to achieve business goals. • Document successes and create case studies to showcase campaign wins. • Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists and analysts. • Support skill development and training initiatives to maintain high-performing team outputs. • Monitor project budgets and campaign profitability.
• 5+ years of SEO experience • 2+ years of experience in a management role • Proven track record of client retention and campaign success • Experience managing teams and developing SEO talent • Experience in legal, medical, or dental marketing is preferred • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights • Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
