📋 Description

• Transform live program recordings into seamless, polished, on-demand educational videos • Remove the live-event feel while maintaining a natural and engaging educational experience • Incorporate intro videos and required elements into final deliverables • Ensure pacing, continuity, and production quality • Deliver finalized evergreen videos within 24 hours following live events • Review recordings and remove off-topic or unnecessary content without disrupting educational flow • Apply brand guidelines and prepare polished videos for QA • Edit raw footage for an international localization project • Use AI-powered dubbing and lip-syncing platforms and integrate translated audio • Generate short-form social media clips from long-form recordings • Use Rev.com for transcription and captioning • Organize raw and edited assets in Google Drive • Upload, format, and manage finalized deliverables on Vimeo • Maintain accurate versions and files throughout editing and review • Collaborate with the video editing team and communicate progress, deadlines, and production issues • Independently manage assigned projects while aligning with team priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional video editing experience • Experience editing educational content, courses, or long-form live recordings • Proficiency with Movavi or comparable professional video editing platforms • Strong editorial judgment for removing off-topic, unnecessary, or off-brand content • Ability to maintain pacing, continuity, educational flow, and production quality • Experience or ability to manage large media libraries in Google Drive • Familiarity with Vimeo and Rev.com • Ability to use Opus or similar AI-assisted clipping tools • Willingness and ability to quickly learn HeyGen or similar AI dubbing and lip-syncing platforms • Ability to consistently meet strict 24-hour turnaround requirements • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to collaborate with editors while independently owning projects and editorial decisions • Availability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, with some flexibility • English resume required in PDF format • Video editing portfolio or relevant work samples required • Application video required, submitted using the same email as the application
