📋 Description

• Optimize the company's Shopify store to maximize sales and improve user experience • Improve the customer journey and implement data-driven strategies to increase conversion rates • Implement A/B tests on landing pages, checkout flow, and product pages • Develop and execute sales funnel strategies to reduce cart abandonment • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Reports, Hotjar, heatmaps) to track KPIs and identify optimization opportunities • Collaborate with Paid Traffic Manager and Marketing team to align store strategies with paid ads, visual assets, and product catalog performance • Drive revenue growth and support international marketplace expansion • Achieve key expectation: increase conversion rate by at least 25% within 6 months

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations • Expert-level Shopify knowledge (themes, apps, integrations) • Proven success in CRO and A/B testing • Experience increasing key e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, revenue) • Ability to analyze and act on customer data to drive growth • Familiarity with paid ads and SEO (nice-to-have) • Experience with TikTok Shop and emerging e-commerce platforms (nice-to-have) • Knowledge of email automation tools like Klaviyo (nice-to-have) • Self-sufficient and experienced in scaling e-commerce brands
