📋 Description

• **What You’ll Be Responsible For** • - Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, timeline management, deliverables tracking, and stakeholder communication. • - Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly defined and implemented. • - Translate business needs into actionable project plans, milestones, and documentation. • - Identify project risks, dependencies, and blocking issues—driving timely resolution. • - Facilitate meetings, status updates, and decision-making sessions with cross-functional teams. • - Ensure alignment between internal teams and the client’s business objectives. • - Monitor progress, adjust priorities, and maintain strong control of scope and timelines. • - Create and maintain project documentation: requirements, dashboards, reports, SOPs, and post-mortems. • - Support continuous improvement efforts, optimizing processes and delivery methods.

🎯 Requirements

• **What We’re Looking For** • - **4+ years of experience** as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Coordinator, or similar role. • - Proven success managing **technology, engineering, or IT-focused projects**. • - Strong understanding of technical environments (infrastructure, software, cloud, networking, or similar). • - Experience working with engineering teams and the ability to understand technical requirements at a functional level. • - Solid command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). • - Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication. • - Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities. • - Experience using tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar. • - **Advanced English** both written and verbal—required. • **Nice-to-Haves** • - Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). • - Experience working with US-based teams or clients. • - Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, CSM, ITIL, or similar. • - Background in software development, QA, networking, or IT operations.
