📋 Description

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages in a professional manner. • Provide accurate product and service information to customers. • Qualify potential clients using predefined criteria and scripts. • Schedule and confirm client appointments with the sales team. • Document customer interactions and update CRM records. • Request reviews and feedback from clients after project completion. • Follow up on unresolved customer issues to ensure satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role (phone-based preferred). • Excellent English communication (C1/C2) both written and verbal. • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional tone. • Comfortable using communication platforms (RingCentral, Zoom, etc.). • Basic computer literacy: CRM, spreadsheets, and email tools. • Professional home office setup and reliable internet. • Must be confident on calls with commercial and residential clients. • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple customers at once. • Introductory video submission required as part of the recruitment process.
