📋 Description

• Review site plans, specifications, and photos to scope landscaping and maintenance work accurately • Build cost estimates covering materials, plants, labor, equipment, and timelines • Turn quote requests into delivered proposals quickly, with most requested proposals sent within 72 hours • Track every estimate from request through delivery and follow-up in the CRM • Provide landscape and design judgment for proposals, including plant selection and layout logic • Identify scopes that are incomplete or do not make sense • Proactively estimate strong-fit properties through the cold quote system • Collaborate with onsite sales, estimators, and field leadership • Prepare for site visits using property research, prior scopes, photos, and notes • Ensure quote requests progress from assignment to proposal delivery without being left unowned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture, or landscape architecture • Comfortable reading site plans, specs, and property details, and translating them into scope and cost • Strong written and spoken English at a professional business level • Comfortable working core U.S. business hours • Comfortable with a performance/quota component, even without a sales background • Architecture, landscape architecture, or design education/experience is a strong plus • Experience with commercial landscaping or maintenance contracts is a strong plus • Experience with estimating software, CRM systems, or design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar is a strong plus
