📋 Description

• Build & Scale the Outbound Engine • Drive daily call blocks, compliant texting campaigns, targeted email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging. Optimize talk tracks, lead lists, show rates, and conversion metrics. • Hit Aggressive Production Targets • Enforce team standards: 2 QLMs/week/BDR, ≥50% close rate, 4 closed deals/BDR/month. Drive the team ramp from 8→16→25 closed deals over 90 days. • Win Approved Vendor Status • Build and advance relationships to secure Approved Vendor status with 2 new brands/integrators monthly. Navigate procurement portals, MSAs, NDAs, insurance requirements, and compliance processes. • Recruit & Ramp Talent • Scale from 6 to 10 BDRs by end of Q1. Reduce time-to-productivity to ≤45 days through tight enablement and coaching. • Own the Sales Process • Codify discovery frameworks, proposal templates, pricing/margin structures, objection handling, and seamless handoffs to Delivery and Recruiting teams. • Partner Cross-Functionally • Collaborate with delivery and recruiting teams to ensure we sell what we can staff, while protecting gross margins and fill-rate SLAs. • Represent Scalesource at U.S. Events • Plan and attend trade shows with integrators. Execute pre-show outreach, at-show meetings, and disciplined post-show follow-up. • Drive Forecast Discipline • Maintain pristine CRM hygiene, pipeline coverage analysis, and accurate weekly forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar new revenue • 3+ years leading multi-country remote sales teams • Staffing/BPO leadership strongly preferred (near-shore/offshore to U.S. clients) • Demonstrated success securing procurement/vendor approvals with U.S. brands and integrators • Outbound Sales Mastery: Built and scaled outbound-heavy sales motions (phone-first + text/email/LinkedIn) • Can show sequence data, talk-time/dial targets, and show-rate optimization tactics • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level experience with HubSpot or Salesforce • Proficiency with Outreach, Salesloft, or similar sales engagement platforms • LinkedIn Sales Navigator power user • Experience with dialers and call intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Avoma, Chorus) • Fluent English (written and verbal) • Comfortable with substantial U.S. time-zone overlap • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-border teams • Valid passport and visa/ESTA eligibility for U.S. travel • Able to travel to the U.S. several times per year for trade shows and client meetings • Commitment to lawful outreach practices (opt-out handling, compliant texting, accurate caller ID

🏖️ Benefits

• Base Salary: $2,500 USD/month • Monthly Performance Bonus: $5,000 USD for any month with ≥25 new client deals closed • Bonus Structure: Earned at deal close; paid after the client completes 2 full months of payments • Upside: Uncapped earning potential for performance beyond 25 deals/month
