📋 Description

• Building, managing, and maintaining all courses, programs, and funnels in Kajabi • Setting up and testing automations, tags, and email sequences that actually work • Managing the full client journey — from “I saw your ad” to “I finished the course!” • Uploading and organizing videos, lessons, and bonus content • Tracking signups, conversions, and engagement metrics weekly • Being the friendly human behind customer support (emails, access issues, “how do I login?”) • Coordinating with the marketing team to make sure campaigns flow perfectly into Kajabi • Creating a frictionless, wow-worthy student experience every single time

🎯 Requirements

• Have 2+ years of Kajabi experience (non-negotiable — you’ll live in Kajabi every day!) • Have built or managed real online courses or coaching programs (show us examples!) • Can troubleshoot automations, checkouts, and emails without breaking a sweat • Understand the basics of funnels (lead magnets → checkout → thank you → course) • Love organization, documentation, and creative problem-solving • Have excellent English writing and communication skills • Get satisfaction from fixing things before anyone notices they’re broken • Bonus: You’re familiar with Zapier, Systeme.io, Meta Pixels, and Google Analytics**
