• Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for marketing and operational excellence? • Were looking for a Marketing Executive Virtual Assistant to support our client. • In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support, assist in managing marketing campaigns, oversee content creation, and ensure smooth execution of business processes. • If you have strong organizational and marketing skills, along with proficiency in CRM systems, graphic design tools like Canva and social media management platforms, wed love to hear from you! • Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign & Content Management o Implement and oversee marketing campaigns, including email, text, and social media schedules. • o Create, edit, and schedule marketing content using Canva or similar tools. • o Track campaign performance and ensure brand consistency. • o Respond to client inquiries on social media and email. Email & Calendar Management o Organize and summarize emails, categorize by priority, and respond to general inquiries. • o Draft and send emails based on executive directives. • o Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and reminders. • o Ensure calendar alignment with business objectives and prevent conflicts. Events & Travel Management o Arrange travel accommodations and bookings. • o Assist in planning events, webinars, and promotional activities. Administrative & Organizational Support o Maintain and update marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns, including drip campaigns and 36-Touch. • o Update CRM tools with campaign data and track engagement metrics. • o Support hiring processes by scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding. • o Manage pre-listing and post-closing procedures. • o Update financial records and draft contracts as needed. • o Handle data entry, record-keeping, and comparative market analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken communication skills. • Experience: Minimum of three 3 years in previous roles with a strong background in operational and high-level administrative experience. • Familiarity with CRM tools and social media management. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze campaigns, identify trends, and optimize workflows. • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, Google Suite, Excel, and project management tools.
