📋 Description

• Own & Optimize Day-to-Day Operations • Oversee all operational departments (HR, Finance, DevOps, Client Services, and Service Delivery) • Ensure alignment across all teams to hit company-wide KPIs • Maintain high efficiency, quality, and cost control in service delivery • Strengthen & Standardize Processes • Refine and enforce Lean Six Sigma principles to eliminate inefficiencies • Improve client experience, VA retention, and support team engagement • Lead process automation and documentation efforts • Leadership & Team Development • Directly manage department heads, ensuring alignment and performance • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high execution • Provide structured mentorship to elevate leadership across teams • Data-Driven Decision-Making • Establish transparent reporting structures for data-driven forecasting and execution • Track operational KPIs, ensuring real-time insights into efficiency, profitability, and growth metrics • VA & Client Success • Ensure seamless VA placement & onboarding for long-term client satisfaction • Maintain high CSAT, NPS, and retention metrics through process and service optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in scaling remote operations (preferably in a BPO, virtual staffing, or real estate-related industry) • Expertise in process optimization (Lean Six Sigma, EOS, or similar methodologies) • Led cross-functional teams, managing 100+ employees/support staff • Successfully improved operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics • Worked directly with founders/executives in a fast-growing company
