📋 Description

• Post daily bank receipts to customer accounts • Manage complex cash application cases, including partial payments, deductions, and invoice groupings • Manage customer master data in the ERP in compliance with segregation of duties (SoD) rules • Ensure the quality and reliability of the accounts receivable subledger • Conduct collections through proactive and formal dunning (levels 1 and 2) • Participate in identifying overdue payments and analyzing customer credit risk • Calculate, record, and monitor provisions for doubtful accounts • Perform month-end closing activities related to the accounts receivable subledger and provide account reconciliations and supporting documentation • Reconcile accounts receivable (AR) subledger balances with the general ledger (GL) • Participate in functional testing campaigns for the Unit4 ERP • Contribute to optimizing Order-to-Cash processes and automation initiatives • Secure the France scope before supporting its gradual international expansion • Act as the primary point of contact for Sales Administration, Sales, Treasury, and Management Control teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred) • 3 to 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash • Ideally, experience in an international or multi-entity environment • Professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, required • Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle • Proficiency with an integrated ERP system (Unit4 preferred; SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics also accepted) • Proficiency with cash application tools • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and controls • Proven experience in a multi-entity or international environment • Strong technical knowledge of month-end closing and reconciliations • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to manage priorities, and strong collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders
