📋 Description

• Identify training needs in the Danish market • Develop, plan and deliver relevant, engaging training programs • Prepare course content and training materials based on the overall strategy • Coordinate training activities across sales cycles • Deliver live and digital product training to large numbers of retail employees • Conduct in-store training throughout Denmark • Provide foundational and further education for store personnel • Represent the fragrance brand in stores, inspire and coach employees on product presentation and sales • Participate in sell-out days, larger in-store activities and events • Participate in PR activities and influencer events • Host live-shopping sessions on customer channels • Host small and large in-store events for customers • Report Danish market revenue to the Nordic brand team • Stay updated on the assigned brand and deliver inspiring, motivating training

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Danish, both written and spoken • Driver’s license • Own car • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Denmark • Flexibility regarding working hours • Ability to work two Saturdays per month in line with store opening hours and customer flow • Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for tasks • Strong organizational and planning skills • Professionalism and respect for brand values and DNA • Interest in continuous personal and company development
