📋 Description

• Serve as the CEO's right hand on business • Turn company priorities into plans with owners and deadlines • Track company targets, actions, owners, deadlines, and follow-ups • Monitor key commercial and operational numbers, including margin, volumes, client portfolios, pipeline, and cost base • Challenge data and provide suggestions to the CEO rather than reports • Build and run a live leadership board of projects and commitments across all functions • Establish weekly and monthly operating rhythms and leadership meetings focused on decisions and follow-through • Redesign processes across commercial flow, quoting, client handovers, and escalations involving Sales, AM/CSM, Carrier Ops, Finance, Legal, and Tech • Lead cross-functional projects end to end and measure their effects • Support organizational work, including function design, key hires, and onboarding • Prepare CEO-level decks, one-pagers, partner and investor materials, and negotiation preparation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project and programme management, with several parallel tracks driven to closure • Analytical depth; comfortable in BI and spreadsheets • Ability to read a P&L and understand the logic behind the numbers • Ability to reach team and leadership without formal authority • Direct, structured written and oral communication • Self-starter • Business-fluent English • Russian for internal work is a plus • Telecom / A2P messaging background is a strong advantage • Corporate, consulting, PMO, or Chief of Staff profiles from other industries welcome where analytics and independence are strong • Hands-on experience with automations, including HubSpot, Notion, Power BI, and Superset • Daily use of AI as a working tool and ability to build agents around reporting, follow-ups, data preparation, and routine coordination
