📋 Description

• Providing expert software support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting clients with building and amending insurance schemes. • Collaborating closely with clients, Wunderwriters, engineers, and product managers to identify, report, and resolve bugs and usability issues. • Conducting comprehensive testing of schemes, features, and fixes to ensure quality and reliability before deployment. • Acting as a bridge between Wunderwriting, engineering and product teams, sharing feedback and improvement ideas.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in software support, QA, or testing—preferably within SaaS or insurance platforms. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams. • Familiarity with bug tracking tools, support ticket systems. • Ability to interpret technical issues and translate them into clear reports. • UK-based (although the position is fully remote).
