• Support SchemeServe customers across different sub-groups • Handle support requests related to ongoing scheme management • Troubleshoot and resolve support requests quickly • Collaborate with team members on various tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Background in insurance or underwriting (at least 2yrs+) • Familiarity with Word and Excel • Dependable and organized • Keen eye for improvement • Strong communication skills • Experience as a Configuration Analyst or Business/Systems Analyst (nice to have)
