• Define and execute the vision for Schneider Geospatial’s Asset Management product line. • Collaborate with the CPO and leadership team to align product goals with overall business strategy. • Translate customer and market insights into a compelling roadmap that drives growth and adoption. • Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert for Asset Management solutions in GovTech. • Advocate for customer needs and translate insights into clear, measurable product priorities. • Collaborate with Engineering to translate requirements into actionable user stories, features, and technical priorities. • Manage backlog and ensure consistent execution through Agile methodologies. • Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure product adoption and successful client outcomes. • Develop data driven business cases for new features or enhancements, aligning with company goals and customer value. • Support Sales and Marketing in go-to-market strategy, demos, and customer education. • Leverage AI and analytics to inform prioritization, improve user experience, and uncover product opportunities. • Engage directly with clients to understand their workflows, pain points, and needs. • Monitor product performance, market trends, and competitor offerings to guide ongoing improvements. • Represent Schneider Geospatial at customer and industry events as a product evangelist. • Partner with marketing and sales to communicate product value and gather continuous market feedback.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, GovTech, or infrastructure management. • Experience with GIS, asset management, or related public-sector technologies preferred. • Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable product strategies and feature priorities. • Familiarity with SaaS architectures (.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL) and modern cloud environments (Azure). • Understanding of web application frameworks (Angular, React) and how they shape UX. • Experience translating technical concepts into customer-facing value. • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and communication skills. • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and comfort collaborating across functions. • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
