📋 Description

• Handle subject lines, offers, and copy • Develop segmentation and audience strategy • Create campaign briefs, calendar planning, and execution • Manage promotional blasts, automated flows, lifecycle sequences • Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on results

🎯 Requirements

• Proven email marketing experience for ecommerce, software, or finance B2C brands • Strong instinct for offers and subject lines that convert • Comfortable working with structured processes and AI-assisted workflows • Reliable, organized, available for ongoing work • Nice to have (not required): Customer.io experience • Nice to have (not required): HTML email design experience (writing HTML directly or with AI, not image-based)
