📋 Description

• Help lead team to grow and expand the Book Fair business • Drive bookings, maximize performance of every fair, and build long-term partnerships • Lead and coach a team of New Business Consultants responsible for acquiring new schools and districts • Execute defined new business strategies and reinforce strong sales fundamentals • Own delivery of team level results by monitoring rep performance and taking corrective action • Coach, mentor, and develop New Business Consultants • Support onboarding and ramp execution for newly hired consultants • Drive consistent CRM and reporting discipline

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading multi-level sales teams with a focus on new business acquisition • Strong coaching and leadership development capabilities • Deep understanding of prospecting, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action • Outstanding communication, influence, and change leadership skills • Proven ability to build scalable processes while maintaining execution discipline • Must possess outstanding leadership and management development skills.
