📋 Description

• A clear product strategy helps you as a Product Manager define the overarching goal of the software product. • It determines which problems your product solves, which needs it addresses, and which objectives it achieves. • Product vision and product strategy • User-centricity • User research and interviews • Ideation and problem–solution fit • Business models and product–market fit • Lean Product Management • Product goals with OKRs • Introduction to UX/UI design & tools • Information architecture & wireframes • High-fidelity prototyping • User testing & validation methods • Agile methodologies

🏖️ Benefits

• We train you remotely/online to become a Product Manager within 3 months (German language, min. B2) • We support you in finding a company during the training that can offer you job entry during or after the bootcamp • The program can be completed alongside your job • You will receive a mentor who guides you through the program and you will simulate working in product teams • After three months, you can join digital product teams as a certified Product Manager and will understand the responsibilities of a strategic product owner • You will receive a certificate, all course materials & a broad network • We recommend a German language level of B2 for the course.
