📋 Description
• Serve as a trusted music resource for company and franchise schools. • Onboard and coach new Music Directors. • Run the music side of New School Openings. • Approve company owned school shows and summer camps. • Plan and deliver recurring Music Director training.
🎯 Requirements
• Successful gigging musician with formal music training or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years teaching music and music ensembles. • 3+ years experience as a Music Director with School of Rock strongly preferred. • Proven ability to coach, train, and develop a staff of Music Instructors. • Knowledge of music theory and curriculum and program design. • Strong organizational and project management skills.
