• You reside in Switzerland or close to the border and are familiar with the region’s conditions, mentality, and languages. • You enjoy customer contact, think strategically, and proactively drive developments and change. • Join our sales team and represent CES as an Account Manager (m/f/d) by maintaining business and client relationships and ensuring the satisfaction of your distribution partners. • As the central point of contact, you advise your distribution partners and customers on-site in Switzerland on both commercial and technical matters — with a customer- and solution-oriented approach. • You keep your workday varied and flexible through regular travel and mobile working. • You maintain existing business relationships and actively expand them. • At the same time, you identify and win new strategic distribution partners. • By developing sales strategies together, you ensure profitable growth. • You take responsibility for sales planning and development in your region and actively drive growth. • You prepare individual project proposals and document your sales achievements in a structured and transparent manner.
• Strong communication skills, conflict management abilities, and a high affinity for sales. • Business-fluent German and French, both written and spoken. • You live in Switzerland or close to the border in Germany and are familiar with the region’s conditions, mentality, and languages. • Completed commercial or technical training or an equivalent qualification. • Ability to independently develop strategies and pursue your goals in a structured way. • Enjoy interacting with people and seek a role where you can continue to develop professionally.
