• Independent leadership and further development of the gardening and landscaping division as well as caretaking services and stairwell cleaning • Planning, coordination and supervision of projects in gardening and landscaping as well as in green space maintenance • Leadership, coordination and development of operational teams • Resource, deployment and personnel planning in close coordination with executive management • Long-term: potential to assume executive management and drive strategic company development
• Master craftsman qualification in gardening and landscaping or an equivalent qualification • At least 10 years of professional experience in gardening and landscaping • At least 5 years of experience in operational personnel management and project coordination • Solid business administration knowledge – particularly in project costing and project control • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and a sense of responsibility • Entrepreneurial mindset, structured working approach and decisiveness • Driving license Class B (ideally Class BE)
