• Deliver customer training, technical presentations, and application guidance to ensure successful use of SCIENION technologies after installation. • Serve as the primary scientific contact for application questions, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and field problem-solving. • Support customers and internal teams by preparing technical documentation, training materials, and maintaining accurate records of support activities. • Collaborate closely with service, support, development, and commercial colleagues to relay customer feedback and improve the customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, biotechnology, microfluidics, materials science, analytical chemistry, or a related field. • Hands-on experience with single-cell processing, NGS, mass spectrometry, medical diagnostics, or biosensor development is highly desirable. • Strong scientific communication and training skills. • Independent, proactive, solution-oriented mindset with willingness to travel extensively and support customers across multiple countries. • Experience in a customer-facing scientific role such as applications support, field support, technical service, or customer training. • Ability to work confidently across biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering topics. • Fluent English and French required; additional European languages are a strong advantage. • Commercial awareness and business understanding while maintaining focus on after-sales support and customer success.
