📋 Description

• Provide legal advice to clients regarding their personal injury claims. • Represent clients during negotiations with insurance companies. • Negotiate settlements and ensure clients receive top compensation for their injuries. • Investigate and gather evidence, interview witnesses, and develop expert opinions. • Keep clients regularly informed about the progress of their case and provide guidance and assurance throughout the settlement process. • Ensure strict compliance with legal ethics and professional standards. • Collaborate with team members. • Attend required daily morning and monthly Firm "All Hands" meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. • Minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience, either Plaintiff or Defense. • An active member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar, North Carolina is a plus. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Salesforce experience is a plus. • A very strong forward-thinking growth mindset and commitment to constant learning and improvement.
