📋 Description

• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements and consolidated reporting • Conduct monthly performance analyses and derive actionable recommendations • Perform margin analyses for products and automation projects • Support the forecasting and planning process • Further develop R&D controlling and time-tracking/hour monitoring • Prepare comprehensive reports, analyses and ad-hoc evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Finance & Controlling • Several years of practical experience in controlling, ideally with IFRS knowledge • Strong skills in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One) • Independent, goal-oriented and structured working style • Good communication and problem-solving skills, reliability and team spirit • High degree of self-motivation, strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers • Very good German and English skills complete the profile
