⢠Develop and produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. ⢠Analyze social media trends and identify viral opportunities to increase engagement and reach. ⢠Collaborate with and support a community of content creators to ensure a steady flow of new content. ⢠Work on social media strategies to optimize reach and platform interactions. ⢠Stay up to date with the latest platform changes and algorithm updates to maximize impact. ⢠Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved results.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. ⢠Must-have: iPhone (some apps are iOS only). ⢠Fluent in German and English. ⢠Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends and their audiences. ⢠Creative and hands-on approach to ideation, content creation, and execution. ⢠Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ⢠Passion for social media and a natural curiosity to experiment and innovate. ⢠Experience creating short-form videos with viral potential.
