• We are an innovative startup based in California, USA with a branch in Amman, Jordan. • We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack JavaScript Developer (part-time or full-time). • As a Full-Stack Developer, your duties will include working with our design team for creating, maintaining, and managing backend infrastructure i.e. the database server, server-side applications, as well as REST API development. • You should be good at creating an attractive and functional digital environment for our products by ensuring an exceptional user experience. • Work closely with our Design team to understand the design and UI/UX requirements better. • Maintain and improve the presentability of our website and web applications. • Optimize the design of web applications for a robust user experience. • Collaborate with graphic designers and other developers to improve usability. • Acquire feedback from customers and users to build viable solutions. • Write functional requirement guides and documents. • Create quality prototypes and templates for client approvals. • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality graphics standards. • Use application logic to check the feasibility of the application. • Write reusable code blocks and finish the coding within the stipulated time. • Test out your code before sending it forward to the Testing Team. • Create and integrate the database with its complete maintenance. • Design frameworks to develop server-side web applications. • Identify problem areas and bring relevant changes. • Perform UI tests to ensure maximum performance.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years web development (NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, PHP, etc) • Impressive portfolio with both frontend and backend projects • Good understanding of at least one web framework (Django, Flask, Rails, etc) • Exposure or willingness to learn WordPress basics • Experience with RESTful API usage and development • Experience with version control (i.e. git, svn) • SQL, no-SQL database experience • Good understanding of basic SEO principles. • Knowledge of CRM systems will be an added advantage • Test-driven development and CI/CD tools
