📋 Description

• Developing, leading, and executing both strategic and tactical business plans for the Optics, Pharmacy & Eye Health channels across the UK & Ireland. • Driving national sales performance in the UK & Ireland and building a winning Go To Market strategy for all the field teams in the division. • Ensuring consistent execution across all the field teams. • Accountable for the recruitment, development, and management of all regional sales managers and their teams.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree qualification or equivalent in a related field – desirable • Holder of a current full driving licence. • Proven second line leadership experience in leading national sales teams with a track record of exceeding revenue targets, is preferred. • Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
