📋 Description

• Take vague, high-level goals and turn them into shipped, working software with minimal hand-holding • Own large scopes end-to-end: break down the problem, sequence the work, and drive it to completion • Make UX and scope judgment calls independently, deciding what to build and what to cut • Work in tight iteration loops: ship quickly, then refine based on real feedback • Use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex as part of the daily workflow • Surface blockers, tradeoffs, and decisions early and clearly • Report what was done and why

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5+ years of professional software development experience • Proven high agency and track record of shipping from ambiguous goals without detailed specifications • Fluent with modern AI-assisted/agentic development workflows, including Claude Code and Codex • Full-stack range and comfort working across the stack • Strong product instincts and ability to reason about UX and priorities • Comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage, fast-moving environments • Track record of shipping side projects, fast prototypes, or 0-to-1 work • Clear, concise communication with low-overhead updates • Stable internet connection • Ability and drive to work independently as an independent contractor
