📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines in Go and related technologies. • Monitor performance and reliability, ensuring scalable, maintainable systems. • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and indexing for efficient storage and retrieval. • Deploy and manage backend systems on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.). • Optimize resources for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. • Partner with front-end engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. • Help translate business and product goals into reliable technical solutions. • Test, debug, and review code to ensure functionality, performance, and resilience. • Lead by example through code reviews, mentoring, and sharing best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend experience, with at least 1 year working in Go in a production environment. • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities. • Solid understanding of software design principles and API development. • Strong communication in English (French is a plus). • You’re based in Paris or nearby, and willing to join the team at the office at least 2-3 days per week. • A mindset focused on quality, pragmatism and delivery.
