📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of strategic GTM initiatives • Drive launch planning for new AI and robotics products • Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations • Build launch plans, timelines, milestones, and executive reporting • Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers before they impact delivery • Improve GTM processes while minimizing unnecessary overhead • Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives that accelerate revenue growth • Measure launch success through adoption, pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Program Management, GTM Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy • Experience launching enterprise software, AI, robotics, or technical products • Proven ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives • Strong executive communication • Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments • Bias toward action and ownership • May be expected to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance
