âą Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering deep insights from both external and internal stakeholders to drive product enhancements. âą Advocate for product prioritization, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals while collaborating with internal teams to estimate timelines, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery. âą Create and iterate on rapid prototypes that solve key issues for the customer and provide the engineering team with clear direction on what to build. âą Be opinionated about UI/UX design, keeping the customer journey top of mind during any prototyping. âą Manage disparate products and systems as a cohesive user experience. âą Partner with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to product development. âą Act as a thought leader within the company to champion products and establish feedback loops with stakeholders to improve and address issues proactively. âą Define problems crisply enough that our product engineers can own solution design and run with it. âą Work to identify bottlenecks, surface tradeoffs, and enhance Screenverse's programmatic capabilities.
âą 4+ years of Product Management experience - ad tech background preferred but not required. âą Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. âą Demonstrated ability to iterate on UI work yourself through prototyping tools (Lovable, v0, Figma, or similar). âą Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, operating with autonomy on each. âą Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills. âą Has thrived in remote-first environments before. âą Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Wrike, Notion, GitHub, and ticket management systems. âą Experience with multi-tenant systems, querying APIs, and intermediate Excel competency. âą Nice to have: OpenRTB/VAST experience, technical documentation writing, product telemetry experience.
