⢠Own customer invoicing via Stripe and Rillet ⢠Lead collections process and manage accounts receivable ⢠Own accounts payable and vendor payment processes ⢠Identify and improve broken or slow processes ⢠Drive automation opportunities across billing, collections, and AP ⢠Maintain 99.9% completeness and accuracy on monthly billing ⢠Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, RevOps, and Billing Engineering
đŻ Requirements
⢠5+ years in billing, collections, accounts payable, or accounting operations roles ⢠Track record of inheriting a broken or slow process and improving it with measurable specifics: hours saved, error rates reduced, cycle time shortened. ⢠Fluency with Salesforce, Zendesk, Excel, and Accounting ERPs, such as Rillet or NetSuite. ⢠The judgment and communication skills to work across US-based teams from overseas. ⢠Attention to detail and seeing the big picture. ⢠You think in systems.
