📋 Description

• Develop detailed facade layouts and design documentation for high-rise buildings using Revit • Create and optimize facade modulation and building envelope designs • Define, develop, and maintain Revit families and family libraries • Extract schedules, quantities, and technical data from Revit models • Prepare sections, elevations, isometric views, and detailed construction drawings • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery • Support the development of BIM standards and drafting best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Revit Draftsman or BIM Modeler • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD • Experience preparing detailed architectural or facade construction drawings • Experience creating and managing Revit families • Ability to extract schedules and technical information from Revit models • Strong attention to detail and understanding of construction documentation • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Good communication skills in English • Experience designing building facades or curtain wall systems • Experience with Revit plugins related to facade engineering • Knowledge of facade wind load or structural load calculations • Rendering and visualization experience • Experience exporting production drawings to SolidWorks • Previous experience working on high-rise or complex building envelope projects
