📋 Description

• Provide application support within AMS scope, including incidents, service requests, and changes • Configure and maintain SAP HR, Payroll, and SuccessFactors systems • Collaborate with diverse teams and work independently to deliver customer support for SAP HCM solutions • Analyse business requirements, design tailored solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot SAP HCM solutions • Provide remote guidance to customers using SAP Best Practices and operational and technical assistance • Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and conduct end-user training workshops • Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews • Work closely with global teams and technical experts • Support the Customer Delivery Lead in meeting SLA and service quality targets • Contribute to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of payroll systems while ensuring compliance with local regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, or a related field • Fluent in Polish and English • Experience in SAP HR / HCM / Payroll processes • Good understanding of payroll regulations • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central • Experience with P2P integration processes and configuration, including cross-module integrations and data flows • ABAP programming skills, including debugging, enhancements, and basic development • Experience working in an AMS / support environment at L2/L3 level • Understanding of SLA/KPI management and financial tracking
