📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scalable, performant web solutions using WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Translate Figma prototypes into responsive, production-ready builds for both internal projects and client work • Follow & Contribute to Technical Standards • Collaborate & Communicate with designers and senior developers to understand project scope • Support website hosting and domain management tasks • Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress, Webflow, and Elementor websites • Implement technical and on-page SEO best practices • Identify and resolve front-end and WordPress issues across browsers and devices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress Core Development • WordPress development — themes, plugins, custom builds • PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Elementor — building and customizing beyond pre-built templates • Solid Next.js chops • Design-to-Build Figma — inspecting specs, navigating prototypes, and executing builds independently without hand-holding • AI Tooling Claude Code — hands-on experience in a real production workflow • Hosting platforms — Kinsta, WPEngine, or similar • Basic domain and DNS management — Cloudflare, GoDaddy, or similar
