📋 Description

• Designing email assets including banners, hero images, product features, headers, icons, CTAs, and GIFs • Creating modular templates and reusable components aligned with client brand guidelines • Building email layouts natively in Klaviyo using approved Figma assets • Ensuring all designs render correctly across dark mode, mobile, desktop, and Outlook • Optimizing images for load speed, visual clarity, and deliverability best practices • Collaborating closely with Copywriters, Digital Producers, CSMs, and Strategists to bring concepts to life • Leveraging AI tools to assist with asset variations, layout exploration, and execution efficiency • Managing tasks through Asana and communicating proactively about timelines and blockers • Track task progress in Asana, keep statuses up to date, and proactively communicate blockers • Coordinate with the copy and design teams to ensure deliverables align with the brief and creative direction • Use AI chatbots, GPTs, and agents daily to improve efficiency, accuracy, and delivery speed

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of email-specific production experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency • Hands-on Klaviyo build experience with the proven ability to reliably troubleshoot dark mode rendering and Outlook quirks • A portfolio featuring actual shipped email campaigns, rather than static mockups • The ability to explain why a CTA placement or hero layout choice ties to a conversion outcome • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Fluent English communication skills, allowing you to comfortably sit in on client calls unassisted • Strong attention to detail to maintain brand consistency and review creative for accessibility and layout logic
