📋 Description

• Build and implement email and SMS campaigns and flows inside Klaviyo, following approved briefs, assets, and brand guidelines • Implement and support retention-related tools and features across CRM platforms, including Reviews, Loyalty, and customer engagement integrations • Upload and format content, modules, links, and logic accurately across all deliverables • Ensure correct segmentation, UTM structure, naming conventions, and flow logic • Conduct thorough QA checks, including rendering, links, mobile responsiveness, compliance, and functionality, before sending items to internal review • Identify issues early, propose solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve blockers • Track task progress in Asana, keep statuses up to date, and proactively communicate blockers • Coordinate with copy and design teams to ensure deliverables align with the brief and creative direction • Use AI chatbots, GPTs, and agents daily to improve efficiency, accuracy, and delivery speed

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency • Experience building campaigns or flows in Klaviyo • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and flag issues proactively • Familiarity with email/SMS best practices, segmentation fundamentals, and QA processes • Basic design sense with the ability to assemble layouts and identify inconsistencies • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort working in fast-paced delivery environments • Genuine QA discipline, with the habit of checking for broken segments or mobile rendering issues without being told to • Ability to leverage AI to assist with task structuring, feedback consolidation, QA preparation, and build planning • Comfortable getting hands-on with apps, tools, and platforms to unblock production and support delivery directly when needed • Ability to identify recurring delivery issues and propose process, system, or automation improvements • Must be located in Bogotá, Medellín, or Cali, Colombia • Must be available Monday to Thursday 9:30 AM–7:00 PM and Friday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Easter Time (aligned to daylight savings)
