📋 Description

• Support rapid business growth and proposal production • Enable senior strategists to deliver high-level client campaigns • Build initial proposal decks and manage design updates, including layouts, colors, calendars, and GIFs, according to brand guidelines • Source and organize sample creators/influencers using proprietary tools or manual research • Perform competitive analysis • Assist in creative campaign ideation and gather supporting data • Compile case studies for strategic client pitches • Capture detailed notes during internal and client meetings • Align campaign deliverables across teams • Maintain enablement resources, case study libraries, and mock-up reports • Track weekly social media and creator trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field • Prior experience within a marketing, advertising, PR, or agency environment • Advanced or fluent English language proficiency (both written and verbal) • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides • Strong copywriting skills, visual presentation design capabilities, and basic media math comprehension • High attention to detail, proactive creative thinking, and a passion for creator culture and digital trends • A self-starter mindset capable of managing 30–80 tickets per day independently • Comfort working a permanent weekend night shift aligned with US time zones • Experience using project management software like Monday.com and communication tools like Slack (bonus) • Hands-on experience with proprietary influencer sourcing technologies or trend reporting tools (bonus)
