📋 Description

• Source and research high-potential candidates across job boards, professional networks, and social media • Screen and assess candidates to match client requirements effectively • Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database • Collaborate with recruitment consultants and account managers to accelerate placements • Provide market insights and trends based on research to inform the team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing within recruitment agencies or staffing environments • Proficient in using recruitment tools, databases, and technology platforms • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently • Performance-driven with a passion for success and commission-based rewards • Holds a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) as required by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower • Committed to integrity, professionalism, and compliance in sourcing activities
