📋 Description

• Responsibility for the Finance department • Improving profitability • Preparation of all business-relevant reports • Communication with relevant stakeholders • Responsibility for customer processes • Ensuring optimal customer support • Driving the transformation program for Germany

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience • Experience in the IT services market / project business • Knowledge of Microsoft and Sitecore technologies is a plus • Initial experience in a senior finance function • Confident in financial closing and reporting • Ideally experience in a private equity environment • Strong process affinity to develop finance and customer-facing processes • Experience with transformation processes and change management • Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP systems (Unit4 advantageous) • Fluent in German and good command of English.
