📋 Description
• Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer SAP IS-U Systeme und angebundener Umsysteme (1st–3rd Level Support) • Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und Performanceoptimierung im SAP-Umfeld • Technisches und fachliches Monitoring (SAP IS-U, B2B, Edifact-Konverter) • Health Checks und Systemüberwachung im Tagesgeschäft • Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden in energiewirtschaftlichen Prozessen • Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen und Verbesserung interner Abläufe
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder Energiewirtschaft • 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, Consulting oder SAP-Umfeld • Kenntnisse in SAP IS-U und idealerweise ABAP (Lesen/Debuggen) • Verständnis für energiewirtschaftliche Prozesse (z. B. Marktkommunikation, technische oder kaufmännische Abläufe) • Freude an Teamarbeit, lösungsorientiertem Denken und stetiger Weiterentwicklung • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
