• The Inside Sales representative is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing sales activities • Handling customer inquiries and generating leads • Supporting the field sales team with documentation, appointment scheduling, and coordination • Regular communication with new and existing customers • Ensuring customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner • Documenting customer relationship management and sales processes • Achieving weekly/monthly revenue and lead-generation targets
• Qualification in a commercial/business-related field, marketing, commerce, or a related discipline (advantageous but not mandatory) • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service, or lead generation • Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and Outlook is an advantage
